The company was founded by Cynthia and John Whittle, who built IPM together from a single office practice into a firm that today serves more than seventy associations and condominiums between Sunrise and Delray Beach. Roughly half of those communities sit within Coral Springs itself.
Cynthia continues to lead the firm personally, and the standards she and John set at the founding still define how every member of our team works. After your introductory meeting, a Property Manager and Administrative Assistant are assigned to your community based on its specific needs, and they stay with you. Every Property Manager on our staff has been with IPM for at least six years.
